Dominick Fresnedo believes in one thing ? OLD SCHOOL RULES. Its what made him successful and the many people hes trained over the past twenty five years. Dominick says "Pain goes away but quitting lasts forever!" Dominick is a fitness and health professional who is dedicated in teaching others proper training and nutrition. His passion for fitness began as a young teenager when he played football in school. Dominick began weight training to improve his strength and endurance for football. Dominick played football all through high school while he continued to train in the gym. The results he received from proper training motivated him to want to learn even more about the fitness industry. Other gym members began asking Dominick for advice and he just loved helping others. He realized his passion for fitness.
